Thunderbird Setup Instructions
After
requesting an email account to be created, Datawav will issue you a
user name and password, hereafter referred to as "user name" & "password."

After installing Thunderbird you will presented with a “New Account Setup” screen, Select Email Account, and Click Next. Screenshot

In the next screen enter your name, and email address, & click next. Screenshot

In the next screen it will ask for your incoming, and outgoing mail server names. Enter mail.datawav.net for both,(as shown below), and click next. Screenshot

In the next screen you will be asked for your username that will be used to log into the incoming, & outgoing mail servers. Enter in your entire email address as the username, (as shown below), and click next. Screenshot

You will then be asked to enter a name for the account you just set up. You can name whatever you like. Screenshot

Lastly, when you perform your first send/receive, you will be prompted to enter your password. Do so, and click “Use password manager to remember this password” if you do not want to be prompted for the password every time you send & receive. Screenshot
