Microsoft
Outlook 2007 Setup Instructions
After
requesting an email account to be created, Datawav will issue you a
user name and password, hereafter referred to as "user name" & "password."
Note: These instructions are for Microsoft Outlook 2007, but other versions
of Outlook should be very similar.

First you will need to open Outlook. Screenshot

Then go to tools and account settings. Screenshot

Then click new. Screenshot

Make sure the first option is selected “Microsoft Exchange. POP2, IMAP, HTTP” and then click next. Screenshot

Click the box next to where it says “Manually configure server settings or additional server types” and then click next. Screenshot

Click the first bullet “Internet E-mail” and then click next. Screenshot

Then fill in the detail, put your name in, your e-mail address. Then for the incoming and outgoing mail servers put in “mail.datawav.net”. Then for your username it’s your full e-mail address, and put your password in the password field. After you fill in those details click the more settings button. Screenshot

Then click the box that says “ My outgoing server(SMTP) requires authentication”. Then click ok. Then click next. Screenshot

Then all you need to click is finish and close the window out and you should able to use your e-mail!
